Session Purpose & What To Develop
Purpose
- To play the Front Foot Drive with greater confidence and control as you progress through each progression level
- To choose and use an appropriate ball feed for each progression to help develop this shot correctly
What To Develop
- A good set-up, balance, rhythm and timing
- Body and weight transfer going towards and through the line of the ball
- Full face of the bat on ball strike with a nice crisp sound
- High front elbow and bent front knee
- A firm base and level head position throughout the shot
